UNIT 45: TRAIN WITH PURPOSE. BUILD WITH OTHERS.

Welcome to Unit 45 — Weston-super-Mare’s home for real training.

No egos. No gimmicks. Just a focused space where people show up, put the work in, and support each other while doing it. Whether you’re chasing strength, fitness, or a fresh start, you’ll find coaches who care and a community that pushes you forward.

This isn’t about trends or quick fixes.
It’s about consistency, progress, and turning up — week after week.

This is Unit 45.

To keep the atmosphere, standards, and coaching at the level our members expect, we limit how many people join us at any one time. New enquiries are currently placed on a waitlist.

We don’t rush growth. We build it right.
When a space opens, we’ll be ready for you.
